Return Rules

 

Customers can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. If the delivery date is unavailable, the return window will start from the order’s fulfillment date, plus additional transit time.

Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Final sale items (e.g., perishable goods, custom items, personal care items, or heavily discounted products) are not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping Costs

You can choose one of the following options:

  1. Free Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  2. Flat Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of  50  will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
  3. Customer-Paid Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Please refer to your specific order confirmation to see which return shipping option applies.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 10% of the returned item’s price may apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Process for Returns
  1. Ensure the item is eligible for return as per the above rules.
  2. Submit a return request through the “My Account” section on our website. You will receive further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are inspected and approved. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window (if applicable).
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts, where a restocking fee will apply.

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made items.
